These terms apply to purchases made through loopure.in. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
Loopure offers handmade crochet products. Small variations in colour, shape, dimensions, and finish can occur as part of the handmade process. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear. These variations do not excuse defects or a material difference from the product description. For customised products, please confirm your requirements with us before ordering.
Check the product, quantity, delivery address, and contact details before submitting your order. Provide accurate information so we can process and deliver it. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). The checkout displays the amount payable, including applicable shipping charges, before payment. Online payments are processed through Cashfree. If a payment is debited but an order is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference so we can investigate.
We currently deliver within India. Standard shipping is ₹100 for orders below ₹1,000. Shipping is free for orders of ₹1,000 or more, calculated after discounts and before shipping charges. Any delivery estimate communicated for your order is subject to the circumstances explained to you; contact us if an order has not arrived as expected. You will be updated on WhatsApp once your order is shipped, using the contact information supplied for your order.
There is no customer cancellation option once an order is placed. Refunds are generally unavailable, except for damaged, defective, or undelivered items and remedies required by applicable law. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy for the process. If Loopure cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled items.
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with checkout, access another customer’s information, or submit false or fraudulent orders. Product photographs, branding, and original website content must not be reused commercially without permission from the rights holder. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms and show the revised date on this page. Updates do not remove rights attached to an order already placed. These terms are subject to applicable Indian law.
